Shipping Method & Costs
We primarily ship to: Ireland, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Canada, Czech Republic, Romania, United States, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Turkey, Spain, Greece, New Zealand, Hungary, Italy, and United Kingdom.
For other countries, you can confirm shipping availability and costs by selecting your destination at checkout.
For Orders Over $50:
- Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free shipping via Registered Airmail. This method includes a tracking number.
- Fast Shipping Line: You may optionally select Direct Shipping Line for a faster delivery. An additional fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For Orders Under $50:
- Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $5 will be applied for Registered Airmail, which includes a tracking number.
- Fast Shipping Line: You may optionally select Direct Shipping Line for a faster delivery. An additional fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time
Rhiloc uses a direct shipping model. All orders are shipped directly from our logistics center in China, ensuring strict quality control and efficient handling. We work with reliable international carriers for final delivery.
The following delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local holidays, carrier issues, or remote locations.
Free Standard Shipping:
- United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Turkey, New Zealand: 7–20 business days.
- Austria, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Romania, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Italy: 7–22 business days.
- Other Countries: 10–30 business days.
Fast shipping Line:
- United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Turkey, New Zealand: 7–15 business days.
- Austria, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Romania, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Italy: 7–15 business days.
- Other Countries: 10–22 business days.

Order Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Tracking
- You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
- Tracking activates within 24 hours and may take 24-48 hours to update. Track your package at: 17track.net
- If tracking doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll assist you within 24 hours.
Shipping Notes
- We ship to home, business, and PO Box addresses. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your family members, neighbors, or building security. You’re also welcome to contact us directly.
- Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).
- Major holidays may delay delivery.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incorrect address information may result in lost packages and potential loss.
- Orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered complete. If your package is missing, please contact your local post office. You may also reach out to us for further assistance.
- While we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by uncontrollable events like typhoons or fires, we’re always here to help and will do our best to assist you.
Import Duties & Taxes
- For all international shipments, the recipient is the "Importer of Record" and is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes (e.g., VAT, GST), and any related brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority upon arrival.
Customs & Compliance
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring their order complies with local import laws and regulations.
- Orders to the U.S. must meet U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for the latest rules.
Changing the Shipping Address
- Before Shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to update your address.
- After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address. Any issues or extra costs from an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility. We will, however, do our best to assist in contacting the carrier.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we will notify you. To have your order re-shipped to a corrected address, you will need to pay the applicable international shipping cost again. Alternatively, you may receive a refund for the product cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
