Return&Exchange&Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how to return items and receive refunds.

A. 60-Day Return Policy

1. Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. Return requests must be made within 60 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

  • Contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Address:All returns must be sent to our quality inspection center in China. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the complete shipping address and instructions.
  • Items sent back without a prior return request (RMA number) will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items:If the product has a quality issue or was damaged during shipping, we will reimburse you up to $20 USD for the return shipping cost upon receipt of a valid shipping receipt. We recommend using a trackable economy postal service.
  • For Change of Mind Returns:If the item is in good condition but you no longer need or want it, you are responsible for the full return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will initiate your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • PayPal refunds are typically instant.
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • If you haven't received your refund after this period, please contact us.

B. Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
  • Important Note:Items damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.

C. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow our standard return process for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.

D. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return upon receipt.
