How to Measure

Knee Guards: Measure the circumference of your leg at the upper and lower strap positions.
Elbow Guards: Measure the circumference of your upper arm and forearm at the strap positions.
Adjustable Velcro straps allow the fit to be tightened or loosened for a secure and comfortable fit.
